I hate the way all the All-Star talkingheads tried to skirt around the fact that the Pirates are the worst team in baseball.
"Boy, this stadium is just beautiful isn't it?"
"Pittsburgh has been such a gracious host."
"So much young talent on this team. A lot of potential...really."
"The hotdogs here at PNC Park are delicious."
Just came out and say it. The Pirates are the worst team in baseball and the All-Star game is the only good thing to happen to Pittsburgh baseball since 1994 - the last time we hosted the All-Star game. And nothing good will happen to Pittsburgh baseball for another 20 years or so, when, if we're lucky, we get to host another All-Star game. And that's the truth. And that's not going to change until Dave Littlefield, Kevin McClatchy, and the Nutting family are sent out to sea.
Also, Jason Bay can't hit in the clutch and Jim Tracy and Jim Colburn suck.
