Cuban

It's been confirmed that Mark Cuban was interested in purchasing the Pirates.  But McClatchy and his ownership group didn't want to sell.

That is really too bad.  Cuban would have been great.  I always found him annoying over there with the Mavericks, but I would have quickly changed my tune once he started throwing his millions around PNC.

McClatchy did keep the team in Pittsburgh when it was looking grim...and for that I'm thankful...but they haven't had a winning season during his time here.  Cuban would have changed that.

Too bad.
